Jacob helped us make a smart pricing decision when selling our home which led to 40 families attending our open house, multiple offers, and an accepted offer that was $60k over asking. He was a pleasure to work with, even though it was brief on the sale side since he got us under contract with a buyer in like 3 days! In terms of our purchase, without Jacob, this purchase would never have happened for a number of reasons. First of all, he found us an off-market property that was our dream home in our dream neighborhood at a very fair price.
